ACT teaches us to interact with our thoughts and feelings differently, so we can focus on what's really important; our values & dreams. The aim of ACT is to help create a rich, meaningful life, while accepting the pain that life inevitably brings. ACT can also help improve flexible thinking and problem solving in children and adults with autism and other disabilities so they can successfully navigate their environment. ACT is offered in both one-to-one appointments and in group formats.
